Stanley home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Stanley fell by $9,250 while total sales increased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 5.5% decrease over the $169,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Stanley in July 2019.
