North Carolina Community College System issued the following announcement.

RALEIGH, N.C. - The State Board of Community Colleges Presidential Search Committee will meet virtually on Sept. 23.
The committee was formed in June to search for a successor to former NC Community College System President Peter Hans.
The meeting on Sept. 23 is set for 2 p.m. It is open to the public, but some portions may be conducted in closed session, pursuant to state law.
The meeting will be livestreamed on the NC Community College System Office YouTube channel.
