Davidson home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Davidson rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 16.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 8.4% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Davidson in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Davidson for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,445, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
