Cary home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Cary rose by $71,250 while total sales decreased by 97.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $461,250 - a 18.3% increase over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 276 homes sold in Cary in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Cary for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,371, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
