Garner home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Garner fell by $66,250 while total sales decreased by 96.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,750 - a 28.8% decrease over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Garner in July 2019.
