Morrisville home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Morrisville rose by $29,500 while total sales decreased by 67.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $277,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Morrisville in December 2018.
