Fuquay-Varina home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Fuquay-Varina rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 55.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $252,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Fuquay-Varina in December 2018.
