Wildwoods home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Wildwoods rose by $15,750 while total sales decreased by 44.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,250 - a 10% increase over the $157,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Wildwoods in 2018.

The median sales tax in Wildwoods for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,041, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for 2019.
