The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Wendell fell by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 49.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 – a 14.5% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 175 homes sold in Wendell in the first half of 2016.
