On Dec. 10, Jerry Richard Newell Jr. and Ann Newell sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 2431 Briar Trail Court, Matthews to Carlos Jesus and Lilian Consuelo Salas for $215,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,682.12, 0.78% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, nine properties sold in Matthews.
