Concord median home prices rose by 19% in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Concord rose by $47,000 while total sales increased by 20.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 251 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 19% increase over the $248,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 209 homes sold in Concord in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Concord for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,643, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
