This home last sold on Feb. 5, 2016 for $153,000.

So far in September 2021, 23 properties sold in Stallings.

According to the North Carolina State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 608 Lakewood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Katherine Anne Hickling, 30, and Steven Van Tran, 32.
