On Sept. 29, Brian Gregory Jones sold their home at 1621 Finchley Drive, Charlotte to Wimer A. Martinez for $70,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $346.44, which is 0.49% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 911 properties sold in Charlotte.

According to the North Carolina State Board of Elections, Persivia Ruthenia Hayes, 64, was the only registered voter residing at 1621 Finchley Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
