Pricing for the median home in Hemby Bridge increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Hemby Bridge rose by $45,250 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $296,000 - a 18% increase over the $250,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hemby Bridge in the first half of 2020.
