Unionville median home prices fell by 5.3% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Unionville fell by $14,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,500 - a 5.3% decrease over the $274,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Unionville in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Unionville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,462, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
