Mineral Springs median home prices fell by 39.2% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Mineral Springs fell by $143,750 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,500 - a 39.2% decrease over the $366,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mineral Springs in the first quarter of 2020.
