Median home prices in Monroe rose to $274,750 in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Monroe rose by $52,250 while total sales increased by 70.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 174 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,750 - a 23.5% increase over the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 102 homes sold in Monroe in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Monroe for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,109, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
