Home prices increased in Wesley Chapel during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Wesley Chapel rose by $109,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $511,000 - a 27.1% increase over the $402,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Wesley Chapel in June 2020.
