City of Albemarle issued the following announcement on Sep 24.
City of Albemarle Public Utilities Systems Division will be working in the area starting the week of September 27th 2021. This work will take several days to week depending on weather. The majority of the work will take place during the day to NCDOT standards, which means Pee Dee Ave will be closed for though traffic from Ridge Street to Main Street. We will work with businesses in the area to insure customers can gain access to these areas. The City of Albemarle thanks you for your understanding in this matter.
