Home prices increased in Concord during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Concord rose by $39,750 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 284 homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,500 - a 16.2% increase over the $244,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 246 homes sold in Concord in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Concord for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,643, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
