July 2021: Home prices in Charlotte increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Charlotte rose by $16,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,500 - a 7.9% increase over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Charlotte in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Charlotte for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,243, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
