Median home prices in Mount Pleasant fell to $90,000 in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Mount Pleasant fell by $111,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 55.3% decrease over the $201,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mount Pleasant in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,571, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
