Median home prices in Unionville rose to $382,000 in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Unionville rose by $133,500 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,000 - a 53.7% increase over the $248,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Unionville in August 2018.
