Rising home prices in Wesley Chapel in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Wesley Chapel rose by $92,500 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 24.8% increase over the $372,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Wesley Chapel in September 2018.
