Pricing for the median home in Monroe increased during September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Monroe rose by $67,500 while total sales decreased by 18.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,500 - a 37.5% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Monroe in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Monroe for 2019 was $1,109. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,106. This marks an increase of 0.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.4%.
