Home prices increased in Monroe during February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Monroe rose by $57,750 while total sales increased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,250 - a 30.8% increase over the $187,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Monroe in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Monroe for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,109, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
