May 2020: Wesley Chapel experienced a 2.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Wesley Chapel rose by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Wesley Chapel in May 2019, as well.
