Monroe median home prices rose by 20.2% in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Monroe rose by $41,500 while total sales decreased by 64.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,500 - a 20.2% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Monroe in November 2019.
