How did home prices perform in Monroe during the third quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Monroe rose by $18,500 while total sales decreased by 62.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,500 - a 8.6% increase over the $216,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 177 homes sold in Monroe in the third quarter of 2019.
