In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $1,516.98, which is 0.25% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2020, two properties sold in Indian Trail.

According to the North Carolina State Board of Elections, Linda Tice Moses (69) has been registered to vote since 1974 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
