Concord median home prices rose by 15.9% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Concord rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 29.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 761 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 15.9% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,082 homes sold in Concord in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Concord for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,643, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
