Median home prices in Mount Pleasant rose to $245,000 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Mount Pleasant rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 43.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 11.4% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,571, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
