The first half of 2021: Fisher Town experienced a 26.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Fisher Town fell by $38,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,500 - a 26.9% decrease over the $144,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Fisher Town in the first half of 2020.
