Median home prices in Mount Pleasant fell to $195,750 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Mount Pleasant fell by $14,250 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,750 - a 6.8% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in the first quarter of 2020.
