How did home prices perform in Mount Pleasant during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Mount Pleasant fell by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 10.1% decrease over the $272,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in the second quarter of 2020.
