March 2021: Home prices in Locust increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Locust rose by $72,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $387,500 - a 23.1% increase over the $314,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Locust in March 2020.
