Kannapolis median home prices fell by 0.6% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Kannapolis fell by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 69.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 0.6% decrease over the $166,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Kannapolis in March 2020.
