June 2021: Home prices in Mount Pleasant fell

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Mount Pleasant fell by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 8.9% decrease over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mount Pleasant in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,571, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
