The first half of 2021: Home prices in Davidson increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Davidson rose by $97,500 while total sales increased by 13.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 194 homes sold, with a median sale price of $472,500 - a 26% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 171 homes sold in Davidson in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Davidson for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,445, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
