Rising home prices in Mint Hill (Mecklenburg County) in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Mint Hill in Mecklenburg County rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 27.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 280 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 219 homes sold in Mint Hill in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Mint Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,232, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
