The first half of 2021: Wildwoods experienced a 7.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Wildwoods rose by $16,500 while total sales increased by 650%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,500 - a 7.9% increase over the $209,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Wildwoods in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Wildwoods for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,417, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
