Cornelius home prices rose in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Cornelius rose by $60,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,500 - a 20.5% increase over the $292,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Cornelius in March 2020.
