Cornelius median home prices rose by 4.9% in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Cornelius rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 4.9% increase over the $348,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Cornelius in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Cornelius for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,527, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
