Median home prices in Matthews rose to $343,000 in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Matthews rose by $51,000 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $343,000 - a 17.5% increase over the $292,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Matthews in June 2020.
