Home prices increased in Charlotte during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Charlotte rose by $50,000 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 1,892 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 18.9% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,558 homes sold in Charlotte in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Charlotte for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,071, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
