Charlotte median home prices rose by 19.9% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Charlotte rose by $51,500 while total sales decreased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 1,720 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 19.9% increase over the $258,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,826 homes sold in Charlotte in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Charlotte for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,071, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
