On July 8, Offerpad LLC (spvborrower1) purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1335 Moretz Ave., Charlotte from Robert Anderson Love Jr., Alicia N. Love and Alice Mae Johnson for $282,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,209.11, 0.43% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, 125 properties sold in Charlotte.

According to the North Carolina State Board of Elections, Alicia Nicole Love has been registered to vote since 2000. Robert Anderson Love has been registered to vote since 2004 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
