Home prices increased in Cherryville during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Cherryville rose by $4,000 while total sales increased by 86.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $126,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Cherryville in the first quarter of 2020.
