What happened to the median home price in High Shoals during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in High Shoals rose by $31,750 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,250 - a 74.7% increase over the $42,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in High Shoals in the first quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in High Shoals for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $815, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
