Dallas median home prices rose by 40% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Dallas rose by $50,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 21 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 40% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Dallas in March 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Dallas for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,257, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
